Our Central Review Team, another PGP innovation, ensures that PGP delivers comprehensive, high-quality and responsive appraisals each and every time. Comprised of MAI designated appraisers, a member of the Central Review team reviews and signs every report PGP delivers, to guarantee consistency and quality in every document.
The MAI designated appraisers on the Review Team average more than 20 years of experience each, many of whom have backgrounds as review-appraisers for national institutions and CMBS lenders. PGP's strides in developing industry-specific solutions such as Centralized Review have streamlined and perfected the processes required to deliver the quality analysis and customer service clients need.

PGP created and fine-tuned Report Builder, our proprietary, customized on-line appraisal and processing system that is the heart of Centralized Report Production. Today, every report that is generated from any PGP office across the country is processed, finalized and delivered from the PGP Report Production facility in Southern California.
